Healthie AI Scribe continues to improve with updates focused on accuracy, transparency, and better alignment with provider workflows. This month’s enhancements help reduce charting time while giving teams more confidence in documentation.

Highlights include:

• Clear indicators showing when AI Scribe is enabled for appointments
• Instant Transcripts now viewable directly in Healthie
• Expanded support for copied fields, including billing and identity fields
• Notes now use the scheduled appointment time as the date and time of service
• Improved reliability through architecture upgrades

Admins also gain a new permission to control who can view or delete session recordings and transcripts, supporting stronger privacy and compliance practices across teams.

Tags Manager: Faster, Clearer Organization

Managing tags is now faster and more reliable, especially for organizations with large tag libraries. The updated Tags Manager improves performance without changing how teams already work.

What’s new:

• Faster load times through pagination
• Clear separation between Total Clients and My Clients
• Sorting improvements while preserving all existing actions

These updates help providers quickly find context and help admins manage organization-wide tagging without delays.

E-Rx on Mobile: Prescribing Anywhere (Coming Soon)

E-Prescribing with DoseSpot is coming to the Healthie mobile app. Authorized prescribers will soon be able to manage medications and send prescriptions securely from their phone.

This update extends prescribing workflows beyond the desktop while maintaining security and compliance standards.

• Workflows: Client Tags now appear directly in the Chart Notes view, helping teams prioritize work without opening individual records
• Edit Charts from Workflows: Quickly jump into editing draft or unsigned chart notes from the Workflows queue
• Simplified Chat Header: The “Add Participants” button has been moved into the actions menu, making for a cleaner header while still being easily accessible
• Account Owner Security: Only account owners can edit sensitive profile fields, protecting identity and billing information
