July: Streamlined Scheduling and Billing

In July, we made everyday operations more seamless — connecting scheduling, billing, and insurance workflows to save time and prevent errors.

• Filter Appointment Requests by Location
  Staff can now filter incoming appointment requests by site, ensuring your team only sees requests relevant to their location.
  
• Assign Insurance to Providers
  Make booking easier for your clients by assigning accepted insurance plans to each provider. Clients can view which providers are in-network when scheduling — helping reduce back-and-forth and booking confusion.
  
• Smarter CPT Code Management
  CPT codes added to your Services page now automatically appear in appointment types, superbills, and CMS-1500 claims. No more re-entry or copy-paste — just one clean, consistent setup.
