September was all about clarity. From customizable Client Profiles to a unified Medications view and refreshed charting, this month’s updates focus on helping your team surface the right information at the right time — without the extra clicks and clutter.

Whether you’re a solo provider, part of a growing group practice, or managing care delivery at enterprise scale, these changes make everyday workflows smoother, safer, and easier to manage.

Client Profiles: Customize What You See

Your Client Profile is the central hub for every patient interaction. Now, Organization Owners can decide exactly which components appear—and in what order.

This means you can:

  • Highlight the details most relevant to your team
  • Hide unused sections to reduce clutter
  • Ensure every team member sees a consistent, streamlined view

Importantly, no data is lost when components are hidden—they’re simply removed from view. This customization gives practices of all sizes more control over their clinical workflows and improves consistency across teams.

Medications: One Unified View

Managing medications just got simpler. We’ve combined e-prescribed and self-reported entries into a single Medications component, making it easier to track a client’s full medication history in one place.

Key benefits include:

  • Search and filter by medication name, status, or source
  • Quickly identify active, inactive, or pending medications
  • See clear source labels (E-prescribed or Self-reported) for accuracy

This unified view improves visibility across care teams—not just prescribing providers—helping to prevent errors and ensure better continuity of care.

Charting: A Cleaner, Clearer Edit View

We’ve modernized the Charting Edit view to make documentation easier to scan, safer to collaborate on, and more reliable across devices.

What’s new:

  • Cleaner spacing and alignment for readability
  • Addendums organized into their own section
  • More intuitive buttons and fewer misclicks
  • Responsive design across laptops and mobile
  • Modernized architecture for more reliable saves

This refresh keeps workflows familiar while reducing friction, helping teams focus more on care and less on the tool itself.

AR Aging Report

To support financial visibility, we’ve introduced an AR Aging Report (coming soon). This new report brings overdue balances into focus, combining insights from Payments and Invoices with aging ranges (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).

With this, your organization can:

  • Monitor unpaid balances across clients
  • Identify overdue accounts for follow-up
  • Improve cash flow forecasting and collections strategy

Delivered as a .csv, the AR Aging Report is flexible enough to fit into your existing financial workflows.

API Updates

This month’s new features are also available via the Healthie API, ensuring organizations that build on Healthie can take advantage of the same enhancements.

Highlights include:

  • Improved calendar sync reliability for Google Calendar integrations.
  • Clearer error messages when creating appointments, helping developers debug more efficiently.
  • New Zoom webhook events to track participant activity in real time.
  • Better failed webhook notifications, with environment and org details for faster troubleshooting.

We’re continuing to invest in our developer experience with updates to documentation, SDKs, and webhooks—making it easier for enterprise teams to integrate Healthie into their broader tech stack.
