November delivered a series of updates designed to make Healthie feel lighter, clearer, and more personalized — for solo providers, growing practices, and enterprise-level care teams. From helping clients match with the right provider, to simplifying charting layouts, to offering more transparent insurance workflows, this month prioritized the day-to-day workflows that clinicians and administrators rely on.

Across the platform, you’ll notice cleaner interfaces, more predictable navigation, and improvements that reduce friction. Many of these updates reflect direct customer feedback: tighter booking experiences, more reliable charting tools, and better visibility into claims and payments.

Let’s dive into what’s new.

Personal Touch, Smarter Scheduling with Provider Bio

Clients can now learn more about your team before booking. Our new Provider Bios feature gives clinicians a dedicated space to highlight their background, approach, certifications, and specialty focus—helping clients make more informed choices and increasing confidence during scheduling.

What’s new:

  • Add bios directly from Organization → Members
  • Support for bold, italic, underline, and hyperlinks
  • Clients can expand/collapse bios during booking
  • Bio content is accessible via GraphQL APIs for read/write
  • Only appears when clients must select from multiple providers

This update brings warmth and personalization to booking workflows, improving conversions and helping clients connect with the right fit from the start.

Availability: Bios will only display to clients when booking within organizations that have multiple providers (i.e., when clients are prompted to select a provider during scheduling). If there is only one provider on the account, the provider selection step will be skipped, and the bio will not appear during the booking process.

Charting Refresh

Our refreshed Charting Edit view is now fully rolled out, bringing a cleaner, more intuitive documentation experience without altering your existing workflows. Providers will find charting faster to navigate, easier to read, and more consistent across devices.

Highlights:

  • A modernized, clearer layout with each answer on its own row
  • Addendums now live in their own organized section
  • The Share button now appears under the ⋯ More menu
  • Improved responsiveness across laptops and mobile browsers
  • Architecture updates ensure more reliable saves and early error detection

Together, these improvements reduce cognitive load for clinicians and help larger teams standardize documentation across their network.

New Roadmap Status Labels

We’ve redesigned our roadmap statuses to give you clearer expectations about timing, commitment, and what’s being actively built. These new labels bring transparency as we finalize our 2026 roadmap and streamline how features progress through development.

New Status Labels:

  • Exploring (no timeline)
  • Later (6+ months)
  • Next (3–6 months)
  • Now (0–3 months)
  • Released

These changes make it easier to understand what’s on the horizon — and how to plan ahead for implementation, training, and workflow updates.

Additional Updates

Beyond these major highlights, November also brings several quality-of-life updates to streamline operations and support daily workflows:

  • Insurance Navigation Refresh: A dedicated Insurance section, updated filters, and new provider-level filtering in CMS-1500.
  • Improved Form & Charting Behavior:
    • Consistent text for “Require Client to Agree.”
    • Images display neatly below text fields.
    • Required fields now accept image-only submissions (no more blank-field errors).
  • Office Ally Setup Improvements: Integration settings have moved to the Integrations page for better visibility.
  • Smarter Insurance Scheduling: When clients choose “No Preference,” only providers who accept the selected insurance now appear.
  • Calendar Accuracy: The red “current time” indicator now reflects your chosen timezone, not the device's.

These updates focus on fewer errors, clearer actions, and more predictable scheduling and insurance workflows — especially valuable for high-volume or multi-location teams.
