Product Vision for 2026
Explore Healthie’s 2026 product vision and Q1 roadmap, outlining the next phase of documentation, data intelligence, and operational automations to support clinical excellence at scale.
For decades, healthcare has been reactive. Surgery when it’s too late, annual visits without accountability along the way. Administratively stepping in when something goes wrong: a missed appointment, an overdue claim, a documentation bottleneck, or a delayed diagnosis.
Traditional EHRs had been built to support this - wrappers for medical billing with patient portals tacked on many years after foundational data models had been built.
Since Day 1, Healthie has built to support a different vision of healthcare: proactive, personalized, longitudinal care preventing chronic disease, enabling better healthcare outcomes, and empowering consumers to be at the center of their healthcare through long-term relationships with their providers.
We launched our patient portal the same day as our provider portal because we know that longitudinal care relationships would drive better healthcare outcomes. We firmly believe that care is most effective when teams can stay connected, intervene earlier, and support patients continuously over time using best-in-class technology to support clinical care.
In 2026, we’re excited to continue layering in new products & features that enable clinical and administrative teams to act earlier, with better information, and with less manual effort. Centrally, as an API-First platform, developer teams that build on Healthie will have all of the tools they need to connect Healthie into internal systems + continue personalizing clinical excellence at scale.
This year we will continue to build best-in-class technology to support our amazing clinicians and administrators that use Healthie every minute of every day to deliver care.
Here’s a sampling of what you’ll see:
- Intelligence by Healthie embedded directly into clinical and operational workflows
- Data dashboards to drive action across care, operations, and revenue
- Layering in clinical experience improvements across charting, scheduling, and engagement in support of continuous, longitudinal care
You can view and follow our roadmap anytime in Healthie’s Product Portal.
Deepening AI-Native Workflows (Intelligence by Healthie)
In 2026, we’ll continue to deepen AI capabilities where they meaningfully reduce cognitive load and improve decision-making across clinicians, administrators, and developers. Guided by real-world usage and customer feedback, our focus is on making intelligence more adaptable to how teams actually work.
You can expect continued expansion of:
- More robust and customizable AI Scribe workflows, shaped by provider feedback to better support different specialties, documentation styles, and supervision models
- Workflow-aligned intelligence that reduces documentation, coordination, and follow-up burden, embedded directly into Healthie’s core clinical and operational workflows
- AI experiences that are native, secure, and personalized, rather than bolted on, designed to meet organizations where they are
- Developer tooling that makes it easier to safely build AI-powered experiences on top of Healthie, extending intelligence into custom workflows and ecosystems
Turning Insight into Impact (Data by Healthie)
In 2026, we’ll continue evolving data access from static reporting into actionable insight, helping teams understand performance today while enabling more proactive, forward-looking decision-making over time.
This starts with expanding Data by Healthie, including deeper self-service analytics through Visualize+ and broader data access through Bridge.
You can expect:
- Visualize+ (No-code analytics, coming 2026)
A new self-service analytics layer that allows teams to explore Healthie data, build custom dashboards, and answer operational questions directly within Healthie—without technical expertise. - Expanded Bridge datasets (Enterprise)
Broader table coverage and richer data access via Healthie-managed exports, supporting analytics, warehousing, and downstream intelligence in tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau. - Built-in dashboards and reports (Visualize by Healthie)
Continued expansion of Healthie’s native dashboards and reports, designed to provide fast, at-a-glance insight and downloadable data for deeper analysis, including:- Payments dashboard – Clearer visibility into revenue, payouts, and trends, built on data structures that support future forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Provider utilization dashboard – Insight into availability, scheduled hours, and utilization to support smarter capacity planning and staffing decisions.
- Client metrics dashboard – Standardized views into engagement, outcomes, and growth, supporting cohort analysis and longitudinal insight.
- Appointment Requests dashboard – Visibility into request volume, response times, and conversion outcomes, helping teams understand access, capacity, and where requests convert, or drop off.
Collectively, these capabilities move teams from retrospective reporting to forward-looking insight, laying the groundwork for predictive, proactive decision-making across care delivery, operations, and revenue.
Connecting the Revenue Cycle End-to-End
We’ll continue building toward a more unified, end-to-end billing infrastructure that reduces vendor fragmentation and makes it easier to operate RCM workflows at scale.
Expect continued investment in:
- More consistent claim statuses and workflows across partners
- Expanded automation for claims management and protections that reduce errors and rework
- Faster remittance processing, clearer claim visibility, and proactive insights that help identify issues earlier
These investments help organizations move from reactive billing follow-up to proactive revenue management.
Mobile-First Care: Empowering Providers Anywhere
Care doesn’t only happen at a desk — and neither should critical workflows.
In 2026, Healthie’s mobile experience will continue evolving toward a more comprehensive on-the-go clinical companion, including:
- Streamlined documentation and medication workflows that reduce day-to-day friction
- Stronger wearable data integration with Google and Apple Health, and real-time insights into client progress
- Scheduling improvements and navigation enhancements to make mobile management as powerful as desktop
These updates support essential mobile workflows today, while laying the foundation for a more comprehensive on-the-go care experience in 2026 and beyond.
Smarter Scheduling, Better Outcomes
Scheduling isn’t just logistics — it’s a critical driver of engagement, continuity of care, and clinical outcomes over time.
In 2026, we’ll continue investing in:
- Improved self-scheduling and appointment request workflows
- Better visibility into availability, utilization, and capacity
- Foundations for more personalized, data-informed scheduling that reduces no-shows and supports clinical continuity
