That’s why we’ve redesigned Tasks in Healthie: to give providers and care teams a smarter, more flexible way to manage their work, stay aligned, and ensure nothing gets missed.

The new Tasks experience makes it easier than ever to assign, track, and complete work at scale, helping your team stay coordinated across both client care and administrative operations.

Shared work requires shared accountability. You can now assign multiple team members to a single task, ensuring everyone involved has visibility and responsibility for completion.

Save time on recurring workflows by updating multiple tasks at once — no more one-by-one updates. Perfect for daily checklists or recurring admin duties.

🧭 Clarity: Cleaner Dashboard View

The redesigned Tasks Dashboard offers a clearer, more intuitive layout. Filter by team member, client, or due date to see what’s next at a glance — and quickly identify priorities across your organization.

🪶 Simplicity: Updated Task Modal

A refreshed creation modal makes it faster than ever to enter details, assign team members, add due dates, or mark high-priority tasks — all from one streamlined screen.

🔔 Accountability: Notifications and Reminders

Set reminders 1–2 days before a task is due or on the day itself. Notifications go directly to assigned teammates, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.

How to Access and Get Started

To start using Tasks:

  1. Navigate to the Tasks icon in your top navigation bar.
  2. Click + New Task to create your first item.
  3. Add a description, assign to one or more teammates, and set a due date or reminder.
  4. Review all active tasks from your Tasks Dashboard for a full view of your workload.

You can also create, view, and complete tasks from the Healthie Mobile App — perfect for managing your to-dos on the go.
