• View built-in visualizations showing payment totals, success rates, and payment method distribution
• Export filtered datasets instantly for reconciliation, accounting workflows, or reporting

Provider Utilization Dashboard

Staffing decisions become much easier when you have clear visibility into provider capacity.

The Provider Utilization Dashboard, now available in Visualize, helps practice managers and administrators understand how provider time is being used across their organization.

Instead of manually calculating utilization, teams can now view key scheduling metrics in one place.

The dashboard provides visibility into:

• Total Availability Hours
• Total Appointment Hours
• Utilization Percentage
