E-Rx on Mobile: Prescribe Anywhere

Prescribing and managing medications is now available directly in the Healthie mobile app. With E-Rx on mobile, providers can review medications, send prescriptions, and stay responsive whilst away from their desktop.

By extending prescribing workflows to mobile, Healthie helps teams stay flexible while maintaining the same security and compliance standards they rely on every day.

Insurance Payments: Clearer Financial Tracking

Understanding which payments are outstanding versus settled just got easier. The new Insurance Payments tab centralizes payer payments into a single view, helping teams track reimbursements and identify discrepancies faster.

With this update, teams can:

  • View insurance payments in one centralized location
  • More easily reconcile reimbursements
  • Get a clearer picture of financial performance tied to claims

This feature is available for customers using Healthie’s integration with Claim.MD and is designed to reduce time spent switching between systems or manually piecing together payment data.

Additional Updates

January included several behind the scenes improvements focused on reliability and scheduling flexibility.

  • More flexible scheduling: Healthie now supports 10 and 15 minute appointment intervals, helping practices reduce gaps and better utilize provider availability.
  • More reliable calendar sync: Google Calendar sync has been strengthened with improved connection stability and fault tolerance, while keeping the same setup experience.
  • Improved availability performance: Behind the scenes updates improve self scheduling performance and lay the groundwork for more advanced scheduling features.
  • Consistent calendar zoom: Zoom settings now carry between Appointment and Availability calendars for a more consistent scheduling experience.
  • Easier mobile form completion: Mobile browser forms have been simplified to reduce friction when completing forms on any device.
