Entry Point Health Services expands to 13 states on Healthie’s all-in-one platform
Healthie’s flexible pricing and deep integrations support Entry Point’s growth.
Since launching on Healthie in February 2026, Entry Point has built a collaborative diagnostic workflow while keeping its costs in line with its growth.
With Healthie, Entry Point Health Services:
- One platform from launch to scale: Families in 13 states are served on Healthie, with plans to expand nationwide without adding tools.
- Costs grow with the team: Entry Point adds seats as providers join instead of buying a block up front.
- Positive feedback: Providers and families respond well to the workflow.
- What’s next: A resource library, more automation, an AI scribe, tighter marketing integration, and insurance billing in 2027.
“Healthie has grown with us from day one. Each new provider and state fits into the same system, so we can keep our focus on delivering care and growing our business.”

Entry Point needed a start-up friendly EHR
Entry Point compared EHRs to find flexible pricing, customizable forms, video storage, and Zoom in one platform.
Entry Point Health Services launched in February 2026 to help families get autism diagnoses, using a collaborative model that brings BCBAs and diagnosing physicians together. As a brand-new practice, it needed an EHR that could support that model without enterprise costs. Epic was far too large for a start-up, and the team also considered eClinicalWorks, Teladoc, and OpenEMR.
“As a start-up, we needed pricing that was flexible, and a platform that could handle forms, video, and Zoom all in one place,” says Loralee Kicker, Co-Founder and COO. Entry Point’s requirements were specific: easy-to-build forms, a way for families to upload assessment videos alongside their forms, recorded multi-person meetings, and a HIPAA-safe way to bring families in directly from its website.
Healthie powers Entry Point’s diagnostic journey, from new patient inquiry to final evaluation report
Families move from a website form to BCBA and physician sessions while clinicians work from the same records.
Healthie serves as both EHR and CRM for Entry Point. An embedded website form sends new families directly into Healthie, ensuring HIPAA compliance from the start. Caregivers receive automated emails for scheduling, payment, intake forms, and onboarding videos, then complete evaluation forms and upload videos in the same platform before meetings with a BCBA. The last sessions are with a physician, who can review every note, form, and scoring tool before writing the diagnostic evaluation report, which families can use to access next steps. Zoom integration supports recorded, multi-person sessions, and providers can hide non-applicable forms to keep things simple. “Collaboration is a huge part of how we work, and Healthie allows our whole care team to see the same information,” says Kicker.
