For many people who now work at Healthie, Katie Potter was our first impression of the company. She made us feel welcome, gave us a snapshot of the teams and our mission, and even made some of us forget that we were in a job interview!

We're proud to share that Katie, our VP of Talent Operations, has been named to the Talent 100, an annual recognition honoring the most influential leaders across talent acquisition and human resources. Katie joined Healthie in May 2023 and has since grown our team from 40 people to nearly 200. As Erica Jain, our cofounder and CEO, put it: "We are here because of the team Katie has assembled."

At Healthie, we believe that every new hire shapes who we are as a company: how decisions get made, what becomes standardized, and eventually, who else gets hired. Many Healthie employees have come through referrals from people already on the team!
