Product Spotlight: New No-Show and Task Completion Dashboards in Visualize
Two new dashboards in Healthie give customers visibility into task completion and no-show trends.
Running a practice means staying on top of endless moving pieces. It's manageable, until a busy stretch hits and tasks start piling up and appointments get missed. Catching those gaps before they compound requires visibility into what's happening across your team: who's completing tasks, which appointments are trending toward no-shows. That visibility becomes your superpower for making faster, smarter decisions that improve both operations and outcomes.
That's exactly what two new dashboards in Visualize are built to deliver. All customers now have access to a dedicated Task Completion Dashboard and a dedicated No-Show Dashboard. Whether you're a solo practitioner staying on top of your own workload or a group practice administrator tracking trends across a large care team, both dashboards put the right data at your fingertips.
Task Completion Dashboard: See what's getting done — and what isn't
Task management is foundational to care coordination. Providers and care teams rely on tasks to track follow-ups, charting reminders, referrals, and a dozen other operational details. Without visibility into task completion across the team, it's difficult to know where things are falling behind until it's too late.
The new Task Completion Dashboard solves for this directly. It surfaces the metrics your team needs to monitor task completion, track overdue items, and understand workload distribution.
Key highlights of the Task Completion Dashboard:
- Open Tasks: a real-time count of outstanding tasks across your practice.
- Avg Days to Completion: a measure of how long tasks take to resolve from creation to completion.
- Overdue Tasks: a snapshot of tasks that have passed their due date.
- Task Completion by Provider: a breakdown showing which providers are closing the most work in a given date range.
- Task Detail Table: a raw data table encompassing individual tasks with assignee(s), client, due date, days open, status, and priority.
For practice owners and administrators, this means less manual tracking, faster identification of workload imbalances, and clearer accountability across the care team.
No-Show Dashboard: Turn missed appointments into actionable insight
No-shows are one of the most persistent operational challenges in healthcare. They disrupt provider schedules, interrupt care continuity, and represent direct, preventable revenue loss.
The new No-Show Dashboard gives your team insight into the patterns behind them. It surfaces no-show rates at the practice, provider, and appointment level, so you can understand not just how many appointments are being missed, but why, and how you can take action.
Key highlights of the No-Show Dashboard:
- Total No-Shows and No-Show Rate: a practice-level view of missed appointments over any selected date range.
- Average No-Show Appointment Price: a direct look at the revenue impact of no-shows.
- No-Show Rate by Appointment Type: which service lines are most affected by no-shows, so you can prioritize outreach and policy changes accordingly.
- No-Show Rate by Visit Modality: a side-by-side comparison of in-person vs. telehealth vs. phone call no-show patterns.
Practices can use these insights to refine appointment confirmation workflows, adjust scheduling policies for high-risk appointment types, and make data-driven decisions about where to invest in client outreach.
Who benefits
Both dashboards are built for the people responsible for keeping practices running efficiently:
Practice Owners and Operators: Gain visibility into task completion trends and no-show patterns across the practice that inform staffing decisions, scheduling policies, and confirmation workflows.
Clinicians: Can review their own task queues and no-show patterns by appointment type and month, with enough context to adjust their workflows proactively.
How to access
Both dashboards are available now in Visualize with no configuration or additional setup required.
