Switch from SimplePractice to Healthie

Step 1: Create your Healthie account
Create a new Healthie account using this link

Step 2: Export your client information
Within your SimplePractice account, navigate to to Settings > Data Export
Click Export client data
Select All clients in the practice (this extends to group practices)
Select Complete data export

Most practices complete their migration in 1-2 weeks. Once you submit your data export and complete our import questionnaire, our migration team processes your client information quickly. You can start using Healthie immediately while the import is being completed.
On most Healthie plans, we are only able to import patient demographic information into your Healthie account.
You can find information on requesting your forms be built into Healthie using this link.
Your clients will receive an invitation to join your new Healthie portal. The process is simple—they'll create a password and can immediately access their secure client portal. You can customize the invitation message to make the transition smooth.
