Outcomes data from Healthie directly drives Triplemoon's growth
Structured outcomes reporting gives PCP partners the evidence they need and gives Triplemoon the proof points to win new contracts.
Healthie gave Triplemoon the operational foundation to grow — scaling clinic by clinic with the data integrity and workflow consistency their collaborative care model demands.
- Centralized care operations: Referral tracking, longitudinal care management, and PCP outcomes reporting consolidated into a single platform.
- Scalability: Rapid onboarding of providers and patients without workflow disruption or loss of clinical standardization.
- Contract-winning analytics: Clean, accessible data feeds the outcomes reporting that Triplemoon's PCP partners require, directly supporting new business acquisition.
- Consistent documentation: Structured note templates standardized charting quality across all providers.
- AI Scribe adoption underway: Early pilot results in behavioral health documentation were strong, with full practice rollout in the future.
"We sign up one clinic at a time, each with multiple providers and hundreds of patients. We need to flip a switch and scale up immediately. Without Healthie's built-in tools, that would be a huge pain point. And without that data, we wouldn't be able to win new contracts." says Meketa.

Triplemoon's Collaborative Care Model requires clinical data to move fluidly, across providers
Managing referrals, longitudinal care, and real-time outcomes reporting across PCP networks required a platform built for complexity.
When Triplemoon launched in 2023, they were solving a problem the healthcare system had largely ignored: pediatric behavioral health. Operating under a Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), the practice works tightly with primary care physicians and pediatricians, meaning clinical data can’t just live in a chart, it needs to flow between a team of providers.
Quickly, operational problems surfaced. Triplemoon needed to track complex referral pipelines from multiple sources, manage longitudinal care across many appointments per patient, and route outcomes data back to PCP partners for billing.
"Our reporting and data needs are critical for us and the physicians we collaborate with," says Antares Meketa, Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Without a purpose-built platform, building those workflows meant stitching together tools that were never designed to work together efficiently.
Healthie gives Triplemoon the flexibility to build care delivery on their own terms
A configurable, extensible platform lets Triplemoon grow and build toward proprietary technology.
Healthie's configurable platform gave Triplemoon the foundation to build CoCM-specific clinical workflows rather than working around a rigid system. They could structure note templates to match their care model, automate custom forms for measuring patient progress, and pull clean data out to feed analytics and reporting back to PCP partners.
"We can structure the interface with Healthie to match our clinical model. It helps us track the information we need and pull the data out that makes running analytics easy," says Meketa. For a practice whose business model depends on proving outcomes to collaborative care partners, that data infrastructure was business critical.
Triplemoon is building for growth. AI Scribe is next on the roadmap — a tool they see as central to reducing documentation burden as they scale. Early testing has already impressed the clinical team. "We're really impressed with how it gripped the topics of conversation and how it filled out the note. I think it will be a huge time-saver for our team," says Ali Hollman, MSW, LICSW, Director of Behavioral Health.
Longer term, Triplemoon is building toward proprietary technology specific to pediatric behavioral health, a space they describe as niche and underserved. Healthie's extensibility makes it the platform they plan to build that future on.
