If you're a healthcare provider in Australia, you can access your patients' My Health Record (MyHR) through the Provider Portal.
MyHR is a secure online summary of a person's health information. It includes information from a range of sources, such as hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, pathology laboratories and diagnostic imaging services.
MyHR gives healthcare providers quick and easy access to important health information, which can help to improve the quality and coordination of care.

How can I ensure my information is secure in My Health Record (MyHR)?

My Health Record (MyHR) is an online summary of your key health information. It includes information from your GP, hospital, pathology and radiology reports and medications you have been prescribed.
You can access your MyHR through the MyGov website. You will need to create a MyGov account if you don't already have one.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to see your MyHR. You can also give permission for your MyHR to be shared with your healthcare providers. This means that your doctors and other healthcare providers will be able to see your MyHR, which will help them to provide you with better care.
If you have a MyHR, you can choose what information is shared and with whom. You can also change your mind at any time about who can see your information.
MyHR is a secure way to store your health information online. Only you and your authorised healthcare providers will be able to access your MyHR.
