The problem it solves
Teams already using Healthie for client video calls often still need a separate tool for internal staff meetings, adding another platform to manage. This solves that by letting an internal, client-free Zoom meeting be scheduled and launched the same way as any other Healthie video appointment.

How it works
A team member creates an appointment on the Organization Calendar and adds only team members as invitees, with no client attached, then sets the session to use Zoom the same way a client video appointment would. Invited team members receive the meeting on their calendar and can launch it directly from Healthie on web or mobile when it's time to meet. Because each Zoom session generates its own unique meeting ID, a recurring internal meeting series will use a new link for each occurrence rather than one persistent room.
This lets teams schedule an internal-only Zoom video meeting through Healthie's calendar, for sessions that don't involve a client, like a staff meeting or case discussion. It's built on Healthie's existing Zoom for Healthcare integration, so no separate Zoom account or subscription is required, and the meeting launches the same way a client video session would.
