How it works
A provider generates an embed code or sharing link from Calendar or Packages settings, choosing which appointment types or packages to include. That code is added to the provider's website, or handed off to a web developer, and renders as a live booking or purchase widget on the page. When a client books or purchases through it, they automatically receive their intake forms and welcome email. For organizations with multiple providers, three link styles are available: an individual provider's own unique link showing only their availability; an org-level link (using an org_level=true parameter) that pools every provider's availability and randomly assigns the client if more than one provider has the same open slot; and a Share and Embed link from a specific Client Package that lets a provider pick which specific providers and packages to include, useful for showcasing provider specialties or credentials in the booking flow. A support team member without their own calendar can still generate a share link or embed code on behalf of another provider in the organization.
