Team Member Directory

View, sort, and reorder your organization's team member list, with drag-and-drop control over the display order used on the Organization Calendar. Filter members by name, role type, or active/inactive status. Each member's basic profile fields, including their login email, can be edited by an admin from the same directory.

The problem it solves

Without a way to control display order or basic profile details centrally, organizations have no consistent way to present their team on the Organization Calendar or in client-facing booking flows, or to update a member's information when it changes. This solves that by giving admins one place to manage member ordering, filtering, and core profile details.

What's included

  • Sortable and filterable team member list, by name, role type, or active status
  • Drag-and-drop reordering, which also sets Organization Calendar column order
  • Editable member profile fields, including login email, from the directory
  • Status indicators showing active/inactive and account owner designation

How it works

An admin navigates to Organization > Members to see the full team directory, where they can sort by first name, last name, role type, or status, or apply filters (which disables drag-and-drop reordering while active). Dragging a member up or down in the unfiltered list changes their position on the Organization Calendar. From the same directory, hovering over a member and selecting Edit Settings opens their Profile, Settings, and Permissions pages, where basic fields like name, photo, and login email can be updated; changing a member's email prompts them to create a new password tied to that new login.

The Team Member Directory gives admins a single list view of every team member, with sorting, filtering, and reordering controls. It's built for organizations that want control over how their team is presented internally and to clients, beyond just managing individual permissions. Members can be sorted by first name, last name, role type, or active/inactive status, and reordered via drag-and-drop, which also determines column order on the Organization Calendar. Basic profile fields, like a member's name, photo, or login email, are editable by an admin directly from the directory, and changing a member's email prompts them to set a new password. A related but separate setting, Scheduling Priority, controls which provider is favored when multiple providers share the same open slot.
