The problem it solves
Providers who sync a personal calendar into Healthie for availability blocking don't necessarily want the details of their personal events visible to teammates, but still need the time to register as unavailable. This setting solves that by letting a provider choose between full visibility and a generic "Busy" placeholder for their synced events.

How it works
A provider syncs an external calendar, such as their personal Google Calendar, into Healthie. From their sync settings, they choose whether synced event details should be visible within Healthie's shared calendar or hidden. With the setting enabled, event details like the event name display in Healthie and are visible to other organization members viewing that provider's calendar. With it disabled, the same synced events show only as "Busy" blocks, preserving the time reservation without exposing the underlying personal event information. This setting has no bearing on client-facing visibility, since clients never see synced event details either way.
This setting controls how much detail from a provider's synced external calendar (such as a personal Google Calendar) is visible to teammates within Healthie's shared calendar view. When enabled, synced event details, including the event name, are visible in Healthie and may be seen by other organization members.
