Reply-To Email Address for Notifications
Automated client emails from Healthie use a "reply-to" address that defaults to the signed-in provider's own email, so client replies land directly in the provider's inbox rather than going to Healthie. If a client mistakenly emails hello@gethealthie.com instead of replying, they receive an automated response directing them to message their provider through Chat. Enterprise organizations can set a single, generic reply-to address for the whole organization instead of each provider's individual email.

The problem it solves
Clients replying to an automated notification email need that reply to reach an actual person who can act on it, not disappear into a generic company inbox. This ensures replies route to the correct provider by default, while still giving Enterprise organizations the option to centralize communication under one shared address instead.
What's included
- Default reply-to address set to the client's assigned provider's own email
- Automated response guiding clients who mistakenly email hello@gethealthie.com to use Chat instead
- Organization-wide generic reply-to address option, available on Enterprise plans
- Reply-to address kept distinct from the visible "from"/sending address on client emails
How it works
When Healthie sends an automated email to a client, the reply-to field is set to the email address the assigned provider uses to sign into their own Healthie account, so any reply goes straight to that provider's inbox. If a client instead emails hello@gethealthie.com directly, perhaps by copying the address instead of using reply, Healthie's automated system responds with guidance on messaging the provider through Chat. An Enterprise organization that wants all client replies centralized under one address, rather than routed to each individual provider, can request a generic reply-to address be configured for the account.
Reply-To Email Address for Notifications configures where a client's reply to an automated Healthie email actually goes, separately from the "from" address the email appears to be sent by. By default, this reply-to address is set to whichever provider's email is on file for that client, ensuring replies reach the right person directly rather than getting lost. If a client emails hello@gethealthie.com by mistake, rather than hitting reply, Healthie automatically responds with instructions guiding them to message their provider through Chat. Organizations that want to centralize administrative client communication under one address, rather than each provider's own inbox, can configure a single generic reply-to address for the whole account, which requires an Enterprise plan.
