Metric System Display

Displays and calculates client metrics like weight and height using the international metric system instead of US imperial units. Built for organizations operating outside the US or serving clients accustomed to metric measurements. Applies account-wide once enabled.

Built by Core Engineering

The problem it solves

Organizations outside the US, or those serving clients accustomed to metric measurements, need weight, height, and related metrics tracked in kilograms and centimeters rather than pounds and inches. Without this setting, they'd be stuck manually converting units or working around a US-default system.

What's included

  • Metric-based display for weight and height
  • Metric-based calculation for weight-dependent metrics (e.g., BMI, BMR)
  • Account-wide unit conversion

How it works

Once enabled for an account, client metrics involving weight and height are both displayed and calculated using the metric system instead of the US default.

Metric System Display switches client metrics, such as weight and height, to the international metric system instead of Healthie's US default of pounds and inches. It's built for organizations operating outside the US, or serving a client base that expects metric measurements. Once enabled, both the display and the underlying calculations for weight-dependent metrics use metric units account-wide.
