Choose how E-Rx is structured across an Enterprise account's sub-organizations, either as one shared DoseSpot clinic for all providers, or as separate clinics per sub-organization, or with providers holding prescribing access across multiple sub-org clinics under a single monthly fee. Separate clinics keep favorites, reporting, and patient data isolated per sub-organization, while a shared clinic simplifies setup at the cost of that separation. Prescription contact details can be set at the clinic level by default, or customized per provider on request.

The problem it solves
Enterprise organizations with multiple sub-organizations or brands need E-Rx set up in a way that either isolates each business's prescribing data and reporting, or unifies it, depending on how independently each sub-organization operates. This solves that by giving Enterprise accounts a choice of clinic structure rather than forcing one default setup.

How it works
An Enterprise account decides, typically in consultation with their Account Manager, whether to use one shared DoseSpot clinic or separate clinics per sub-organization. Healthie's team adds providers and support staff to the appropriate clinic(s); a provider needing prescribing access across multiple sub-organizations can be added to each relevant clinic by Healthie, while still being billed only once. By default, every prescription from a clinic displays that clinic's contact information, but Healthie's team can configure prescriptions to instead display each prescribing provider's own address, phone, and fax line on request.
E-Rx for Sub-Organizations covers the structural options Enterprise accounts have for setting up E-Rx across multiple sub-organizations. It's built for multi-brand or multi-location enterprises that need to decide whether prescribing should be unified under one DoseSpot clinic or separated by sub-organization. A single shared clinic requires all providers and support staff needing E-Rx to be added to that one clinic, with every prescription displaying the same clinic contact details by default (customizable per-provider on request); separate clinics keep each sub-organization's favorites, reporting access, and patient data fully isolated from the others. Providers can also be granted prescribing access across multiple sub-organization clinics, in which case only one monthly E-Rx fee applies regardless of how many clinics they're added to.
