E-Rx Reporting Access
Grant team members permission to run E-Rx activity reports, including EPCS audit and incident reporting, refill outcomes, duplicate patient records, MIPS/Interoperability data, PDMP/NarxCare summaries, and organization-wide billing group overviews. Reporting clinicians can only see their own data unless designated as an EPCS Coordinator, which allows reporting across all clinicians in the clinic. Requires E-Rx to already be enabled, and is requested by emailing Healthie support.

The problem it solves
Practices need visibility into prescribing activity and compliance documentation across their team, not just what an individual prescriber can see about their own orders, especially for EPCS certification and MIPS reporting. E-Rx Reporting Access solves this by layering configurable, permission-gated reporting on top of the base E-Rx integration.
What's included
- EPCS Audit Trail and Incident Report for compliance certification
- Refill Responses and Duplicate Patient Reports
- MIPS/Interoperability Report for Meaningful Use eligibility
- PDMP/NARX multi-state reporting summaries
- Billing Group Overview for organizations using Practice Management Groups
How it works
With E-Rx already enabled, a team member requests Reporting permissions by emailing Healthie support, specifying whether they need to see only their own activity or reporting access across other clinicians in the clinic. Standard reporting clinicians can only view and run reports for their own prescribing activity; only a team member designated as an EPCS Coordinator can run reports spanning every clinician in the clinic. Once enabled, a provider selects a client and clicks Manage E-Rx to access the E-Rx Portal, where the available reports can be run and downloaded, though the specific reports available depend on the clinic's configuration.
E-Rx Reporting Access lets team members run reports on E-Rx activity beyond what's visible in the day-to-day prescribing flow, including compliance-focused reports for EPCS. It's built for practices that need visibility into prescribing patterns, compliance audit trails, or billing across their organization, not just their own individual prescribing history. Available report types include an EPCS Audit Trail and Incident Report for certification and compliance, Refill Responses, Duplicate Patient Reports, a MIPS/Interoperability Report for Meaningful Use eligibility, PDMP/NARX summaries, and a Billing Group Overview for Practice Management Groups; not every report is available to every clinic configuration. A reporting clinician can only see their own activity unless granted the EPCS Coordinator designation, which allows running reports across every clinician in the clinic.
