Admins: Viewing Team Member Activity

Review everything tied to a specific team member from one place: their assigned clients, chat conversations, uploaded documents, linked client packages, and CMS 1500 claims they've created. Useful for confirming client assignments, reviewing whether conversations are being responded to, or auditing a provider's insurance billing activity. Accessed directly from the team member's profile in Organization > Members.

The problem it solves

Auditing a specific team member's work, whether for a performance check-in, a billing review, or confirming responsiveness to clients, otherwise means searching separately across clients, chat, documents, and claims with no single starting point. This solves that by consolidating everything tied to that team member into one place.

What's included

  • List of all clients affiliated with a team member
  • Access to all chat conversations involving that team member
  • Visibility into documents uploaded to that member's Documents Library
  • View of Client Packages linked to that team member
  • View of CMS 1500 claims created by that team member

How it works

An admin navigates to Organization > Members, selects the relevant team member, and reviews their affiliated records directly from their profile view. This surfaces the member's assigned clients, chat history, uploaded documents, linked packages, and created CMS 1500 claims without needing to search each of those areas separately.

This lets account admins review a team member's activity across the platform from a single view, rather than searching separately through clients, chat, documents, packages, and claims. It's built for admins who need oversight into what a specific team member is doing, whether to confirm client assignments, check whether client messages are being answered, or review billing activity for compliance. From a team member's profile, an admin can see every client affiliated with that member, every chat conversation involving them, any documents they've uploaded to their Documents Library, any Client Packages linked to them, and any CMS 1500 claims they've created.
