Custom Letterheads
Lets providers customize what appears at the top-right of PDFs generated from charting notes and faxes, using their own logo, provider details, and contact information. Multiple letterhead versions can be created and tailored to different workflows, like e-faxes versus internal documentation. Reinforces professional, consistent branding across every generated document.

The problem it solves
Providers sending charting note PDFs or faxes to clients, payers, or referring providers need consistent, professional branding on that documentation, but the system default letterhead offers no customization beyond basic org info. Without custom letterheads, providers can't tailor documentation appearance to different use cases or add details like a dedicated office phone number or email.
What's included
- Custom letterhead builder in Settings > Brand
- Multiple letterhead versions savable for different workflows
- Selectable per-PDF and per-fax at the time of generation
- Optional fields for a dedicated email address or phone number
- Default letterhead assignment for the organization
How it works
A provider creates a letterhead in Settings > Brand > Letterheads, selecting which elements to include, such as logo, contact info, or a dedicated phone number or email. When generating a PDF from a charting note, or creating a fax, the provider selects which letterhead to apply from a dropdown.
Custom Letterheads let providers customize what appears in the top-right corner of PDFs generated from charting notes and faxes. It's built for providers and organizations who want branded, professional documentation for clients, payers, and referring providers, and requires brand details like a logo to already be set up in Settings > Brand. Providers can create multiple letterhead versions tailored to different workflows, such as a standard fax letterhead versus one for internal charting, and assign one as the default. When generating a PDF or fax, providers choose which letterhead to apply.
