Dock Health

Syncs patient data, referrals, tasks, and forms between Healthie and Dock Health, so care coordination and administrative tasks triggered in one platform show up automatically in the other. Healthie workflows can also kick off Dock's task automations directly.

Built by Partner

The problem it solves

Care coordination tasks like referrals, follow-ups, and cross-team handoffs often live outside the EHR, in email threads, faxes, or spreadsheets that aren't linked to the patient record. Without a shared task layer, referrals get lost, follow-ups fall through, and team members lack visibility into who owns what next.

What's included

  • Patient data sync between Healthie and Dock, keeping records current in both platforms
  • Referral sync: inbound referrals (including eFax) parsed into structured tasks linked to the matching Healthie patient profile
  • Task and workflow sync, with Dock tasks assigned and tracked inside Healthie
  • Form and note sync between the two platforms for consistent documentation
  • Healthie workflows that can trigger Dock's own task automations for follow-up and care coordination

How it works

Patient demographic data syncs between Healthie and Dock so both platforms stay current. When a referral comes into Dock, such as by eFax, it's parsed into a structured task and linked to the matching patient profile in Healthie. Tasks created in Dock are then assigned to team members and tracked from within Healthie, and forms or notes can be exchanged between the two platforms to keep documentation consistent. Healthie workflows can also trigger Dock's own task automations, so an event in Healthie can kick off a coordinated follow-up process in Dock.

Dock Health integration syncs patient data, inbound referrals, tasks, and forms between Healthie and Dock's work management platform, keeping both systems current without manual re-entry. It's for care teams who want a dedicated task and workflow layer on top of Healthie's EHR functions, and it requires an active Dock Health account alongside Healthie. Referrals coming into Dock are parsed and linked directly to the matching Healthie patient profile, tasks created in Dock are tracked and assigned inside Healthie, and Healthie workflows can trigger Dock's own task automations. Data flows dynamically between the two platforms rather than on a batch delay, and Dock's own API lets organizations build further custom automations on top of the base integration.
