How it works
Once an organization is enabled for specific eCQMs, the corresponding charting forms are added to the Forms section under their standard CMS titles and are ready to use immediately. Providers complete these forms as part of documentation, alongside a Clinical Quality Measures supplemental data form for each client. Because the data is captured in structured, coded fields rather than free text, Healthie can calculate and export the measure results for CMS or payer reporting. Organizations select which eCQMs to enable based on the measures most applicable to their service type, since there's no single required set. Reporting is available in Production only.
