The problem it solves
Selling bundles of sessions, programs, or products without a dedicated packaging tool means manually invoicing for each piece and tracking entitlements by hand. Client Packages solves this by letting a provider define the bundle once, price it, and let clients self-purchase (and optionally self-book) through a single shareable link or embedded widget.

How it works
A provider creates a package from Billing > Client Packages, adding appointment types, programs, products, or labs as included items, and setting a one-time or recurring price with an optional number of renewal periods. Unchecking "Charge Immediately" lets a client obtain a package and see its price without being charged at the time of purchase, useful for billing later. Each package can be marked Visible or Hidden; visible packages are purchasable by clients from their portal and can be sorted manually or by Bestsellers (ranked by total past purchases), while hidden packages are only chargeable manually by the provider, often used to set per-client pricing. If "Require appointment booking during package purchase" is checked, the provider marks specific included appointment types as bookable, prompting the client to book that session as part of checkout. The provider can associate the package with a Client Group, so a client purchasing it is moved into that group and prompted to complete any new intake forms tied to it. To distribute the package, the provider generates either an embed code (to display and sell directly from a website) or a sharing link (opening the package in a browser tab), scoped to one package, a specific subset, or the organization's full catalog, and optionally filtered to specific providers. Packages can be edited, copied, archived, or deleted; editing does not affect existing enrolled clients' current terms, deleting cancels future payments and access for enrolled clients, and archiving retains all client data and access while preventing new purchases. A copied package defaults to Hidden until manually made visible.
