Client Group Reassignment by Residence checks a client's state of residence when a specific appointment type is scheduled, and reassigns them out of an outdated client group if their state now offers a newly available service. It's built for practices expanding service availability by state and needing client groups to stay current automatically, and requires the Automate module. The check runs against a configured list of states and client groups, so reassignment happens without a staff member tracking state-by-state rollout manually.
