Withings
Pulls weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep data from a client's Withings device into their Healthie Journal, once the provider has enabled the sync for that client. Clients connect their own device from Integrations on web or mobile browser, with no manual entry required.

The problem it solves
Connected devices like smart scales and blood pressure monitors generate valuable longitudinal health data that stays trapped in a separate consumer app. Providers recommending these devices have no way to see the resulting readings alongside their clinical notes without asking clients to report numbers manually.
What's included
- Automatic sync of weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep from a connected Withings device
- Automatic BMI updates alongside synced weight data
- Per-client, per-group, or global toggle to enable/disable client-side syncing from Journaling Settings
- Metrics Report CSV export filterable by client, group, or Metric Type
- Journal entries and Metrics Graphs showing synced Withings data alongside manual entries
How it works
A provider first enables Withings sync for a client, group, or the whole organization from Journaling Settings. The client then connects their own Withings device by logging into Healthie on the web platform or a mobile browser, not the mobile app, and selecting Withings from Integrations. Once connected, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep data sync into the client's Journal automatically, with BMI updating alongside weight; body fat percentage does not currently sync. Providers pull aggregated data from the Metrics Report CSV export, filtering by client, group, or Metric Type.
Withings integration pulls weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep data from a client's Withings device into their Healthie Journal automatically. It's for providers who want longitudinal metrics from a Withings scale or other connected device without manual entry, and it requires the provider to enable Withings sync for that client in Journaling Settings first. Clients connect their own device from Integrations on the web platform or a mobile browser (not the Healthie mobile app), and weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep then sync in automatically, with BMI updating alongside weight. Body fat percentage doesn't sync from a Withings scale today, and new entries take about 24 hours to first appear after a client connects.
