Dexcom
Pulls continuous glucose monitoring data from a client's Dexcom device into their Healthie Journal every 6 minutes, giving providers a near-real-time view of glucose trends between visits. Providers can pull aggregated CSV reports across clients, groups, or the whole organization to review trends at scale.

The problem it solves
Providers managing diabetes or metabolic health need frequent glucose data to inform clinical decisions, but continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data lives in Dexcom's own app with no connection to the patient's chart. Without this integration, providers either review glucose trends manually across systems or don't see them at all between visits.
What's included
- Blood glucose readings synced from Dexcom into the client's Healthie Journal every 6 minutes
- All 288 daily data points captured from a full day's Dexcom log
- Per-client, per-group, or organization-wide CSV export via the Metrics Report
- Global, group, or individual-client toggle to enable/disable client-side syncing
- Support for un-syncing a client's device via Healthie Support on request
How it works
Email hello@gethealthie.com with the subject line "Dexcom" to have the integration enabled on the account — it's not self-serve and requires Healthie to turn it on first. Once enabled at the account level, toggle Dexcom on globally, by group, or for individual clients from Settings. Clients then connect their own Dexcom account from Integrations when they log into Healthie. Blood glucose readings sync automatically every 6 minutes, though new entries take about 24 hours to first appear after a client connects. Providers pull aggregated data from the Metrics Report CSV export, filtering by Metric Type to isolate Dexcom readings across a client, group, or the full organization.
Dexcom integration pulls continuous glucose monitoring data from a client's Dexcom device into their Healthie Journal, syncing every 6 minutes and capturing all 288 readings from a full day's log. It's built for providers on any paid plan working with clients managing diabetes or metabolic health, and it must be enabled on the account by Healthie support before providers or clients can turn it on. Once enabled, clients connect their own Dexcom account from Integrations, and providers can pull aggregated glucose reports by client, group, or organization from the Metrics Report CSV export. Currently only USA-based Dexcom accounts are supported, and new entries take 24 hours to first appear after a client connects.
