How it works
Once enabled, users access a dedicated Visualize+ environment embedded within Healthie, powered by Metabase. Pre-built reports are available immediately — teams can edit and customize by adding columns or adjusting filters using the visual Query Builder, no SQL required. For organizations with data-literate staff, dimensional models expose structured Healthie data tables (Appointments, Payments, Provider Utilization) that can be queried and combined to build custom dashboard cards. Data flows from Healthie’s production database → S3 → Snowflake → Metabase, with usage metered against a monthly Snowflake credit allocation. Dashboard access is role-based; all data remains within the Healthie data infrastructure.
Visualize+ is Healthie's native analytics layer, giving operations, clinical, and finance teams customizable dashboards built directly on their Healthie data. It's an Enterprise add-on powered by Metabase and Snowflake, and V1 assumes at least one data-literate team member on staff. Pre-built dimensional models cover the most common use cases out of the box — appointment flow, provider utilization, and financial health. Teams can customize further using a visual Query Builder, adding columns and filters without writing SQL.
