Task Creation for Note Without Appointment flags any signed chart note that isn't linked to an appointment, so it doesn't go unnoticed until a manual audit. It's built for practices that need to catch billing and compliance gaps as they happen, and requires the Charting and Automate modules. When a qualifying note is found, a task is created for the provider with patient details, so the note can be associated with the correct appointment.
