How it works
Trigger: a chart note is signed. Steps: identify the appointment linked to that note, and update its status to "Occurred" automatically.
Signed Note Marks Appointment Occurred automatically updates an appointment's status to "Occurred" as soon as its linked chart note is signed, removing a manual step providers otherwise have to complete themselves. It's built for practices that want appointment status to stay in sync with charting without extra clicks.
