How it works
An organization connects its Shopify store to Healthie using API credentials generated from the Shopify admin, along with the SKUs it wants tracked. Once connected, a webhook sends purchase data from Shopify to Healthie whenever an order matches one of those SKUs, creating a payment record in Healthie's Payments Dashboard and a client account if the purchaser doesn't already have one. When the resulting appointment is scheduled in Healthie, the corresponding Shopify order is marked as fulfilled. The integration runs entirely in the background, so nothing changes visually on the Shopify storefront or inside Healthie.
