Semi Web White-Label

Gives Enterprise customers a branded login page, sidebar, and email sender on a custom Healthie subdomain — a lighter-touch alternative to a full platform rebrand.

Built by Core Engineering

The problem it solves

Organizations want their clients and providers to experience a consistently branded platform, but a full custom-domain rebrand is more customization than every organization needs or can justify. Without any white-labeling, every touchpoint (login page, sidebar, emails) shows Healthie's own branding instead of the organization's.

What's included

  • Custom Healthie subdomain (e.g., customer.gethealthie.com)
  • Branded login page and sidebar with the organization's logo
  • Primary and secondary brand color customization
  • Transactional emails sent from the organization's own domain, with SendGrid-backed deliverability
  • Branding questionnaire-driven setup, completed with Healthie's implementation team

How it works

During onboarding, Healthie's implementation team works with the organization to complete a branding questionnaire covering logo, primary/secondary brand colors, and subdomain preference. Once configured, providers and clients access the platform from a custom subdomain (e.g., customer.gethealthie.com) with the organization's logo on the login page and sidebar. Transactional emails — appointment reminders, welcome emails, payment confirmations — send from the organization's own domain instead of hello@gethealthie.com, requiring DNS records to be configured for deliverability. Available as an add-on to the Enterprise Plan.

Semi Web White-Label gives Enterprise customers a branded web experience on a custom Healthie subdomain, without a full platform rebrand. It's built for organizations that want their logo, colors, and email sender to feel like their own brand, while still running on Healthie's shared subdomain (e.g., customer.gethealthie.com). Providers and clients see a branded login page, sidebar, and transactional emails sent from the organization's own domain instead of Healthie's. Third-party integration partners that surface UI within the white-labeled platform may still display their own branding, since that depends on each partner's participation.
