How it works
A provider with an active Sanctuary Health subscription requests a video embed code from Sanctuary Health for the content they want to share. To send it as a one-off message, the provider starts or opens a Chat with the client, selects Insert/Edit Media, and pastes the embed code before sending; the video plays directly within the Chat message once the client opens it. To include it as part of a structured Program, the provider creates or edits a Program, adds a new module, selects Video as the content type, and pastes the same embed code there instead. In either case, the client can watch the video directly within Healthie, from the web browser or the mobile app, without needing a separate login or leaving the platform.
