Organization Calendar
View and manage scheduling across your entire organization from one shared calendar, including the ability to block time, add availability, or create appointments on behalf of other providers. Staff with the right permissions can create group appointments involving multiple team members, which automatically blocks the session on every invited member's calendar. Checkpoints warn if a booking conflicts with a provider's already-reserved time.

The problem it solves
Multi-provider practices need one place to see and manage scheduling across the whole team, rather than each provider's calendar existing in isolation with no shared visibility or ability to book on each other's behalf. The Organization Calendar solves this by giving the whole team a shared scheduling view with the permissions to act on it.
What's included
- Shared, organization-wide calendar view across all providers
- Availability and time-block management on behalf of other providers
- Group appointment creation involving multiple team members, auto-blocking each member's calendar
- Double-booking warnings when a slot conflicts with existing reserved time
- Permission-gated scheduling on behalf of other organization members
How it works
A team member with appropriate permissions opens the Organization tab to view the shared calendar across all providers, selecting a specific provider from the top search bar or by clicking their name in the calendar. Availability and one-time or recurring time blocks can be added directly to a provider's schedule, though only for team members set as providers, not Support roles. To create a group appointment involving multiple team members, a staff member clicks Add, selects the invitees from a dropdown of active providers, and completes the appointment details; once added, the session appears as blocked time on every invited member's calendar, and each added provider receives an email notification. A support member scheduling on behalf of others needs the "Can search across all clients in the organization" permission enabled to do so.
The Organization Calendar gives every member of an organization a shared view of scheduling across the whole team, letting admins and staff view providers' availability, block time, and create appointments on behalf of others from one place. It's built for multi-provider practices that need centralized scheduling oversight rather than each provider managing an isolated calendar. Staff with the right permissions can add time blocks or availability directly to a provider's calendar, and can create group appointments involving multiple team members, which automatically adds the session as blocked time on every invited member's calendar. Checkpoints warn against double-booking a provider's already-reserved time.
