Patients created or updated in Healthie sync into OhMD automatically. Staff text with those patients from OhMD using the practice's own phone number, keeping conversations in one unified inbox. When a conversation is closed in OhMD, it pushes into the corresponding patient's Healthie chart in a single click, creating a documented record of the communication. Because Patient Portal must be active for this integration, patient records stay tied to the same identity Healthie already manages.
OhMD integration syncs patients created or updated in Healthie into OhMD, so staff can text patients from the practice's own phone number and push closed conversations back into Healthie as a chart entry.
