Mixpanel

Connects a Healthie full web white-label to a customer's Mixpanel account, so teams can analyze how providers and clients navigate the platform in real time. Tracks hundreds of Healthie-specific events, from chat messages sent to Program engagement, alongside default Mixpanel profile properties.

Built by Partner

The problem it solves

Organizations want to know which features providers and clients actually use, like chat, Programs, or the Food Journal, but Healthie's built-in Reports focus on utilization rather than fine-grained behavioral detail. Without a deeper analytics layer, teams are left guessing whether low engagement with a feature is a training gap or a product gap.

What's included

  • Hundreds of Healthie-specific events tracked automatically once connected, on top of Mixpanel's default profile properties
  • Coverage of key actions like journal entries, chat messages, Program engagement, and platform navigation
  • Mobile app activity tracking, when enabled alongside a mobile white-label
  • Automatic flow-down of tracking to sub-organizations under a parent account
  • Real-time analysis layer to complement Healthie's own utilization Reports

How it works

Mixpanel connects to a single Mixpanel project tied to a customer's completed full web white-label. Once connected, Healthie sends provider and client events, like journal entries, chat messages, and navigation through the web platform or mobile app, into that Mixpanel project alongside Mixpanel's own default profile properties. Tracking flows down automatically to any sub-organizations under the same parent account, and organizations can use Mixpanel's real-time views to answer specific behavioral questions, like whether clients are using Programs or the Food Journal as often as expected, that Healthie's own Reports don't answer in the same depth.

Mixpanel integration connects a Healthie full web white-label to a customer's own Mixpanel account, sending hundreds of Healthie-specific events, like journal entries, chat messages, and Program engagement, for real-time analysis. It's for organizations that want a deeper behavioral view than Healthie's own Reports provide, and it requires a completed full web white-label, since Mixpanel connects at the white-label level rather than per feature. Once connected, Mixpanel tracks provider and client actions across the web platform and, if enabled alongside a white-labeled mobile app, the mobile app as well, flowing down automatically to any sub-organizations under a parent account. Mixpanel only shows activity from after setup is complete; it won't backfill historical usage from before the connection was made.
