How it works
A provider requests the Healthie integration from within their Living Plate Rx account settings, then enables it; team members with their own Living Plate Rx accounts can connect separately to the same Healthie organization. Once active, a Living Plate Rx section appears on each client's profile, and a provider can add a Living Plate Rx meal plan or program to a new or existing Healthie package, pricing it or offering it for free. When a client purchases that package, they're automatically issued the meal plan or enrolled in the program, and receive a branded email from Living Plate Rx with the access link. Providers can also export a meal plan from Living Plate Rx and upload it directly to a client's Documents if it needs to live in their Healthie chart. Engagement with Living Plate Rx programs already added to Healthie can be tracked from Healthie's Programs Report.
Living Plate Rx integrates Healthie with Living Plate Rx's meal-planning and nutrition-program content, giving mutual members access to Living Plate Rx Meal Plans and Programs directly inside Healthie. It's built for nutrition professionals who are active members of both Living Plate Rx and Healthie, and requires enabling the integration from within a Living Plate Rx account. Once connected, a Living Plate Rx section appears on the client's profile, where a provider can add a meal plan or program to an existing or new Healthie package for the client to purchase. Providers can track engagement with Living Plate Rx programs from Healthie's Programs Report.
