The problem it solves
Recommending supplements or labs to a client typically means sending them to a separate storefront disconnected from their chart, with no easy way for the provider to see what was actually ordered or followed through on. Without a connected dispensary, tracking adherence to a recommended protocol falls on the client to report back manually.

How it works
A provider connects their existing Fullscript account to Healthie, matching the name, email, and phone number on both accounts. Once connected, recommendations made in Healthie appear in the client's Fullscript dispensary, which the client can access via single sign-on or a direct link to the provider's dispensary. Any supplements or labs a client purchases or has ordered are visible back in Healthie, and lab results land in the client's Healthie Labs tab. Fullscript credits the connected provider for any order a client places, even when browsing products outside of a specific recommendation.
