Custom Navigation Links

Adds custom links to the client-side navigation sidebar, pointing to external sites like a partner lab, product page, or support resource. Each link includes a custom name and icon. Lets organizations surface resources beyond the core Healthie platform directly where clients already look for navigation.

The problem it solves

Organizations that work with external partners or resources, such as labs or product pages, want clients to easily find these in their everyday navigation, but without a way to add links to the sidebar, clients would need to be directed elsewhere or given the URL separately. This creates friction and makes external resources feel disconnected from the client's core experience.

What's included

  • Custom-named links added to the client-side navigation sidebar
  • Icon selection from Healthie's icon library
  • Support for multiple custom links with no fixed limit
  • Static URL support only, not personalized per client

How it works

A custom navigation link is added to an account's client-side sidebar with a chosen name, destination URL, and icon. Once added, it appears alongside the standard navigation links for all clients.

Custom Navigation Links adds custom, static-URL links to the client-side navigation sidebar, alongside the standard Healthie navigation. It's built for organizations that want clients to easily reach external resources, such as a partner lab, a product page, or a support site, without leaving the sidebar to search for them. Each link is given a name and an icon selected from Healthie's icon library. Links must point to a static URL and can't be personalized with a client's specific user or resource ID.
