The problem it solves
Providers want to promote new services, share updates, or drive specific client actions, but reaching clients outside Healthie (social media, email) doesn't connect with them while they're actually using the platform. Without an in-platform announcement tool, providers have no direct channel to reach clients where they're already engaged.

How it works
A provider creates an announcement with a description and an optional link, then selects which client group(s) should see it. Once activated, the announcement displays as a banner on the client home page in both web and mobile, until the client dismisses it.
Announcements lets providers post promotional or informational banners directly on the client home page, in both web and the Healthie mobile app. It's built for providers who want to share services, promotions, or general updates without leaving the platform, and requires selecting at least one client group to display to. Each announcement can include a description and an optional hyperlink, directing clients to take an action like signing up for a class or visiting a landing page. Providers activate an announcement manually after creating it, and can run multiple announcements at once.
