Task Creation on Credit Card Update creates a task for the care team whenever a client updates their credit card on file, so the change gets verified. It's built for billing teams that need to confirm outstanding balances and payment method changes, and requires the Billing and Automate modules. The task notes the patient and the update event as soon as it happens. This is currently a Healthie-managed pilot automation, built and maintained by Healthie's engineering team rather than self-configured.
