How it works
Customers request access via Healthie's Bridge interest form; Healthie issues a contract addendum and provisions access once signed. Healthie then delivers structured data from core tables (appointments, payments, charting, diagnoses, and more) in one of two modes: an S3 bucket receiving Parquet CDC files every 15 minutes that the customer merges into their own warehouse, or Snowflake Direct Share, which exposes a pre-merged, query-ready dataset refreshed hourly or daily depending on the table, plus Healthie-approved dimensional models via dbt_l30_mart. Schema changes ship quarterly and are additive-only, so pipelines pick up new columns automatically. The current table list and schema live in Healthie's public Data Dictionary.
Bridge is Healthie's automated bulk data export product, delivering structured Healthie data to a customer's own data warehouse or BI stack. It's built for Enterprise customers who need Healthie data without building and maintaining custom API pipelines, and access is provisioned through a contract addendum.
