What's in the Catalog

The 300+ items in the Catalog span five layers of extensibility:

• Extensions: Full GraphQL API access, iFrame Authentication, and SDKs that allow engineering teams to build fully custom patient portals, provider dashboards, and branded mobile experiences entirely on Healthie infrastructure.
• Configurations: Specialty-specific settings bundles that shape the platform to a particular care model without requiring engineering. Examples include Mental Health Carve-Out automation for behavioral health billing, Eating Disorder Settings that restrict patient-facing metrics to what is clinically appropriate, and PHQ-9/GAD-7 Screening Workflows that auto-deliver, auto-score, and alert care teams at threshold.

Built to Be Built On

The Catalog represents two distinct paths for care delivery organizations. Teams with dedicated engineering capacity can build fully custom, headless experiences directly on Healthie's API, using Healthie as infrastructure while presenting an entirely proprietary patient and clinician interface. Organizations without engineering resources can configure a deeply personalized care model from Healthie's native interface using the Catalog's ready-made settings and workflows.

Emora Health, a pediatric and adolescent behavioral health platform, represents the headless end of that spectrum. The organization built its entire patient and clinician experience directly on Healthie's API, with patients and providers never seeing Healthie's interface. The result: a 9-person internal team supporting 500+ clinicians, 7x appointment volume growth in 2025, and a 4.94/5 patient rating across more than 5,000 surveys.
