Sully AI

Sully AI listens during a patient visit and creates the chart note automatically, pushing it directly into the patient's Healthie record. Sully reads existing patients and appointments from Healthie to build each note with the right context.

The problem it solves

Providers spend significant time on documentation during and after patient visits, often finishing notes after hours instead of focusing on the visit itself. Manual charting also means clinical detail captured in the conversation has to be re-entered by hand rather than captured as it happens.

What's included

  • Ambient listening during a patient visit that generates a chart note automatically
  • Automatic push of the completed note into the patient's Healthie record
  • Read access to existing patients and appointments in Healthie for visit context
  • Support for related clinical documentation, like differential diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Deployment directly within Healthie, on the web, desktop, or mobile

How it works

Sully reads a practice's existing patients and appointments from Healthie to provide context for each visit. During the visit, Sully listens to the conversation and drafts a chart note using natural language processing, which the provider reviews before it's pushed back into the patient's Healthie record. The same integration also supports other clinical documentation tasks, like drafting differential diagnoses or treatment plans, from within the same workflow.

Sully AI integration lets Sully read a practice's existing patients and appointments in Healthie, then create a chart note during a visit and push it directly back into the patient's Healthie record. It's for providers who want ambient documentation without switching tools mid-visit, and it requires active accounts with both Sully and Healthie, since Sully deploys on the web, desktop, or mobile alongside the visit itself. Beyond the chart note, Sully can support clinical documentation like differential diagnoses and treatment plans, and assist with broader workflow tasks such as answering patient-related questions and monitoring patient progress.
