Release of Information Form Creates Task

When a client submits a Release of Information form, automatically create a review task for the provider and records team — with all relevant details included.

Built by SE Team

The problem it solves

ROI requests submitted via patient form require prompt provider review and processing. Without automation, submitted forms sit unactioned until staff manually check the records queue.

What's included

  • Automatic check on every Release of Information form submission
  • "Review ROI Request" task created for the provider and records team
  • Task includes patient details and the requested date range or services

How it works

Trigger: client submits a Release of Information (ROI) form. Steps: create a task titled 'Review ROI Request' assigned to the provider and configured records team member, including patient details and the date range or services requested.

Release of Information Form Creates Task creates a review task for the provider and records team whenever a client submits a Release of Information form, so requests don't sit unactioned in the records queue. It's built for behavioral health and substance use practices handling ROI requests, and requires Healthie Forms and Automate. The task is titled "Review ROI Request" and includes patient details plus the date range or services requested. This is a planned pilot automation; it isn't live yet.
