No-Show Dashboard

Surfaces your organization's no-show rate, trends by month and provider, and breakdowns by appointment type, client confirmation status, and visit modality in one dashboard. Spot the patterns driving missed appointments and export the underlying data for deeper analysis.

Built by Core Engineering

The problem it solves

No-shows erode revenue and provider capacity, but the data to diagnose them is scattered across the calendar, appointment reports, and billing. Without a dedicated view, teams cannot easily tell whether missed visits cluster around a specific provider, appointment type, or unconfirmed bookings, so interventions are guesswork.

What's included

  • Headline metrics: total no-shows, no-show rate, and average no-show appointment price
  • No-show rate trended by month and broken down by provider (top 20) and appointment type (top 10)
  • No-show rate by client confirmation status and by visit modality
  • Date range and provider filters, with sub-organization views for parent organizations
  • Provider Details raw data table exportable to CSV, XLSX, or JSON

How it works

Navigate to Visualize and select No-Show, then choose a date range and the providers to include. The dashboard defaults to all providers with availability or appointments in the organization. No-show rate is calculated as total no-shows divided by total Healthie appointments of any status, and average no-show appointment price is the sum of no-show appointment prices divided by total no-shows. Synced external calendar events are not counted as appointments. Data refreshes hourly. Organization members need to be an org admin or have the "Can generate organization reports" permission to access the dashboard. Parent organizations can log into a sub-organization to view that sub-org's data. Use the Provider Details tab to view the raw table and download it.

No-Show Dashboard is a Visualize report that gives practice leaders a consolidated view of missed appointments across the organization. It is built for operations and clinical leads who need to understand where no-shows are concentrated before deciding on reminders, confirmation workflows, or scheduling changes. The dashboard refreshes hourly and defaults to all providers with availability or appointments, with filters for date range and provider. A Provider Details tab exposes the raw no-show data for the selected filters and can be downloaded as CSV, XLSX, or JSON.
