The problem it solves
Providers doing home visits, in-person sessions, and on-call work cannot chart from their phone. The mobile app previously supported read-only view of chart notes, forcing providers to open a browser or wait until they're at a desk to complete documentation.
How it works
Providers open a client's profile in the Healthie mobile app, navigate to Chart Notes, and can create a new note or edit an existing draft using native mobile inputs. All note types and templates available on web are accessible on mobile. Notes sync in real time with the web platform.
